Additional Information

Use your PNR No for all communication with EASYBUS. Your PNR No. serves as a confirmation of ticket status.

Carry a printout or e-ticket and Present it to the bus counter at the time of check-in.

Carry photo identification, you will need it as proof of identity while checking in.

By using of online booking facility on this site, the customer grants his consent to the site to allow contact him/her by SMS, email, or phone. The Customer’s contact details are not shared with anyone as per privacy policy.

Boarding of Passengers

Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers who do not report on time will be termed as NO-SHOW passengers and will be denied boarding and Not entitled to any refund of the ticket amount anyhow. EASYBUS reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or owing to any misconduct of behavior/critically ill/stretcher borne which may not be deemed safe for travel by EASYBUS.

Photo Identification

Passengers shall present a valid e-Ticket along with a valid photo identity card of at least one of the passengers of the group issued by one of the government authorities otherwise they will be denied boarding and not entitled to a refund.

Baggage

Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammable, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods, etc, and any other articles that are prohibited under law. Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 15 Kg, Excess baggage will be charged as per EASYBUS rules. EASYBUS shall not take responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the passenger luggage. EASYBUS reserves the right to disallow any excess baggage carried by the passengers. EASYBUS highly recommends that you remove all valuables (cameras, jewellery, money, electronics, perishables, etc) and medication from your luggage. In case, the passenger decides to carry any valuables against the above advice they will do this at their own risk and shall not hold EASYBUS responsible for any pilferage/ damage, etc. to such valuables. EASYBUS assumes no liability for wear and tear to luggage any guest with a medical condition or history will travel at his / her own risk and consequences.

Delay of Service

EasyBus may delay a bus without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances, EasyBus delays a bus by more than 2 hours.EasyBus may reschedule the journey on the next EasyBus service in the same sector subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger's conveyance or enable the full refund of the ticket as paid by the passengers. The passenger will have to cancel or reschedule the ticket before the departure of the delayed service else the ticket will become a NO-SHOW and will not be entitled to any refund or reschedule. EasyBus is not responsible for the delays caused en route due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic jams etc.

Partial Cancellation Is Possible.
  • Refund of partial cancellation will be processed after your journey date.

  • Ticket Cancellation Can Be Before 1 Minute of Journey From Pickup Time.

  • It Is the Rights Of EASYBUS To Change the Cancellation Policy Any Time Without Prior To the Notice

  • Bookings from this site will be eligible for cancellation through Cancellation Form on this site only. No cancellation request will be entertained by any branch or agent office.

  • On Cancellation, Refund will be credited in 7 To 10 working days in source payment.

  • If any customer chooses the extra benefit option while cancellation they will get a refund amount in their orange wallet, By any means amount will not be credited to their bank account neither it can be transferred to a bank account.

Once a ticket has been rescheduled then the ticket has not been canceled.
6 Years above child need to take a full ticket. No further arguments will be taken into consideration.

EasyBus may cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control.

In such circumstances, EasyBus shall either reschedule the journey for travel on the next EasyBus service in the same sector, Subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger's conveyance or enable a full refund of the ticket as paid by the passenger and shall be under no further liability to the passenger.

Breakdowns

In case of any breakdowns in route, EasyBus will refund the amount on a prorated basis at the EasyBus booking counters situated at the origin or destination of the journey. EasyBus will not make any alternate arrangements of travel for breakdowns en route. EasyBus is not responsible for any breakdowns of audio, video, and air conditioning equipment en route or in the middle of the journey.

Pets

EasyBus does not allow any pets on board its service.
